Adam Lippes Opens Fifth Avenue Boutique in Historic Mansion

New York Location Marks a Milestone for the Designer’s Career

Adam Lippes has announced the opening of a new boutique on Fifth Avenue, housed within a historic mansion overlooking Central Park. The store, designed in a salon style, blends the brand’s aesthetic with the building’s neoclassical architecture, creating a unique shopping experience.

“Opening this boutique feels like a full-circle moment for me, as my career began in the Ralph Lauren mansion just a few blocks north. Returning uptown feels like a true homecoming—and I couldn’t be more excited,” said Adam Lippes.

The space features pale pink silk walls inspired by Farrow and Ball’s setting plaster, custom furniture upholstered with fabrics from the same mills that produce the brand’s collections, and hand-embroidered blinds crafted by the designer’s Indian artisans. The boutique’s design aims to reflect both elegance and comfort.

In addition to showcasing the brand’s ready-to-wear collections, the boutique offers a curated selection of unique items sourced globally by Lippes. “I hope 828 5th Avenue is a space of discovery which is one of the great luxuries,” he added.

The Fifth Avenue location joins the brand’s existing stores in New York’s Brookfield Place, Houston, and Palm Beach. This latest opening marks a significant expansion for the brand while maintaining its focus on craftsmanship and curated experiences.
