The New York Event Highlighted the French Designer’s New Collection for the Collaborative Brand
ECCO.kollektive and Paris-based designer Louis-Gabriel Nouchi marked the debut of their first collaborative collection with an intimate dinner at Chez Margaux, a newly opened private members club in Paris. The evening brought together a curated guest list of industry insiders and creative talents to celebrate the partnership.
Nouchi, known for his sensual and gender-defying aesthetic, is part of the fifth cohort of designers to join ECCO.kollektive’s collaborative project. Alongside contemporaries such as Craig Green and Ottolinger, he has crafted a collection spanning footwear, ready-to-wear, and accessories. The designs showcase high-shine, polished leathers in a strict palette of black, oxblood, and pearlescent white, emphasizing versatility and a bold, modern edge.
The collection plays with themes of eroticism, incorporating subtle reveal-and-conceal details into its pieces. Highlights include a range of shoes, bags—such as a Tote and Crossbody—and ready-to-wear items that challenge traditional gender norms.
The dinner drew an eclectic mix of fashion and cultural figures, including Moses Sumney, Richie Shazam, Quil Lemons, Teddy Quinlivan, Fernando Casablancas, Alex Tieghi-Walker, and Miles Greenberg.
The ECCO.kollektive x Louis-Gabriel Nouchi SS25 collection launched on October 20 and is available online at eccokollektive.com and in select stores worldwide.
