On Wednesday, February 19, 2020, the Moncler + Rick Owens collection was unveiled in Milan – alongside, of all things, a customized tour bus. With minimalist design and upholstery inspired by what Moncler does best, the bus – which transported Rick Owens and his wife Michèle Lamy on their recent western road trip – is a strangely fitting physical manifesto for the puffer jacket giant. That a tour bus could be the perfect project to express the collaborative and innovative spirit of the brand is certainly unexpected. But at The Impression, we are ready to roll with it.
