Stuart Weitzman announced a collaboration with Disney with the launch of the limited-edition Disney x Stuart Weitzman Capsule Collection for the Fall 2022 season. The collection marks Stuart Weitzman’s first global collaboration. It brings together each brand’s most iconic silhouettes — the world-renowned characters, Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, and Stuart Weitzman’s globally recognized footwear styles — to create a collection designed to delight both Disney fans and shoe lovers alike.

A celebration of icons, the fantastical Magic at the Movies campaign combines the nostalgia of Disney’s rich cinematic history with the glamour of Stuart Weitzman’s red-carpet legacy. The campaign was filmed at Village East by Angelika, a renowned movie theater in New York City. It stars iconic American supermodel Lindsey Wixon with special appearances by Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse on the big screen.
The resulting capsule brings Disney’s beloved characters into everyday glamour with the modern elegance of Stuart Weitzman’s special occasion styles. This is best portrayed by a luxe new Swarovski crystal-embellished motif in the shape of Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse silhouettes concepted by Castillo and applied to a range of boots, booties, loafers, sandals and sneakers. Each look is designed to inspire the woman wearing it to feel a little more special, elegant and glamorous. This notion speaks to the shared values of both brands: For Stuart Weitzman, to be driven by the purpose of inspiring women to feel confident, strong and powerful, so they can truly achieve anything; and for Disney to inspire the world to embrace their originality and dreams to spark happiness.
