The British Model-Turned-Actor Is the Latest Star to Join the House’s Extensive Roster
Louis Vuitton has announced British actor Callum Turner as its newest house ambassador, a role that brings his relationship with the French fashion house full circle. Turner, who began his career as a model, walked in Louis Vuitton’s Spring 2009 show before transitioning to acting.
Known for his roles in Fantastic Beasts, Emma, and The Capture, Turner has also gained attention for his polished fashion sense on red carpets. Off-screen, his understated yet stylish streetwear ensembles frequently complement the looks of his girlfriend, pop star Dua Lipa.
In his ambassador debut, Turner appeared in a campaign featuring Louis Vuitton’s upcoming Spring 2025 collection, which debuted at Men’s Paris Fashion Week in June. The shoot showcased a yet-to-be-released Speedy P9 bag in a striking sakura pink, aligning with the collection’s bold and contemporary vibe. Reflecting on the collaboration, Turner expressed admiration for the brand’s Men’s Creative Director, Pharrell Williams: “I love Pharrell in everything he does. His clothes are incredible, [and] the collection is fresh and cool and exciting.”
The campaign, photographed by British-Nigerian artist Gabriel Moses, paired Turner with another South London talent. “It was nice to work with a fellow South London boy all the way in Paris. We had a lot of fun,” Turner said.
Louis Vuitton praised Turner’s versatility and charisma, stating: “Turner’s pursuit of excellence in his craft and diversity of roles aligns with the house’s own dedication to exceptional craftsmanship and constant quest for innovation. On and off screen, he expresses a genuine and endearing charisma while his elegant sartorial choices have earned him a notable stylistic following.”
Beyond his ambassadorial role, Turner’s acting career remains busy. He recently starred in Apple TV+’s World War II drama Masters of the Air and is set to lead the upcoming series adaptation of William Gibson’s Neuromancer. He also joins a roster of high-profile Louis Vuitton ambassadors, including Bradley Cooper, J-Hope of BTS, and tennis star Carlos Alcaraz.
