Redesigned by Peter Marino, the boutique captures the spirit of a Riviera holiday home
Chanel has reopened its beloved Saint-Tropez boutique at Villa La Mistralée, inviting guests to experience its fresh summer ambiance. Completely reimagined last year by architect Peter Marino, the boutique is nestled in the heart of the French Riviera and evokes the relaxed elegance of a private holiday retreat—blending the spirit of Saint-Tropez with echoes of La Pausa, Gabrielle Chanel’s iconic villa.
Visitors are greeted by a serene, sun-drenched space showcasing the House’s emblematic bags including the 11.12, 2.55, and the Chanel 25, alongside eyewear, scarves, accessories, and costume jewelry. The upper floor is dedicated to Ready-to-Wear, where the Spring-Summer 2025 collection, Chanel Coco Beach, and the 2024/25 Métiers d’art collections will rotate throughout the season.
The boutique is enriched by art and design elements—ceramics by Picasso, sculptures by Georges Noël, Agnès Debizet, and Johan Creten—interwoven with lion motifs, a subtle homage to Gabrielle Chanel’s astrological sign. This year, the pool house takes on a playful, pop-inspired palette of pink and apricot, with raffia details and striped poufs echoing the Coco Beach swimwear silhouettes. Surrounded by lush gardens, the setting is both luxurious and leisurely—pure Chanel Riviera style.
