'It’s Always Burberry Weather: London in Love' 2025 Ad Campaign

Review of Burberry ‘It’s Always Burberry Weather: London in Love’ 2025 Ad Campaign by Photographer Drew Vickers with models Kate Winslet , Aimee Lou Wood, Chen Kun, Jodie Turner-Smith, Micheal Ward, Nicholas Hoult, Richard E. Grant, Son Sukku, David Gandy, Liu Wen and Naomi Campbell

Burberry celebrates love and London with its latest campaign, another ode to the city’s many romantic moods. The imagery was lensed by photographer Drew Vickers.

The campaign forms a sequel to the brand’s first “It’s Always Burberry Weather” campaign released in October of last year. While that first chapter explored various British landscapes, the new chapter is centered in the brand’s home of London and timed for Valentine’s Day celebrations across the city, and further extends the eclectic and impressive celebrity cast.

Putting a clever new twist on the campaign concept of being ready for any weather thanks to a Burberry coat, the film draws on British rom-coms and the heartfelt cliché of kissing in the rain. As the film’s narrator reminds us, it’s easy to love when the sun is shining, but true love comes out when the weather starts to turn.

The accompanying still images continue the brand’s practice of spontaneous yet cinematic portraits of iconic Londoners. Key marketing strategies during Burberry’s Daniel Lee era have been consistency, casting, and volume, and this latest campaign continues that cohesive and fast-paced approach while introducing a fun new narrative twist.
