Located at Bondi Junction, the CAMILLA AND MARC boutique showcases a modern, yet classic design concept. Along with a custom green Marmorino render curated by the longtime architect partner Kevin Ho from Akin Atelier, the design elements of the store allude to the core principles of the Camilla and Marc brand: upholding qualities of timeless style, design innovation and impeccability across every detail.
In terms of interior style, visible are storewide black steel fixtures featuring Italian Nubuck leather shelving units. The fitting rooms are romantically outfitted with luxurious Maharam’s velvet curtains, Nicos Zograohos leather lounge seats and bench seats–all intended to create a welcoming aura.
The boutique is intended to exhibit the entirety of CAMILLA AND MARC ready-to-wear, the C&M collections, the label’s acclaimed eyewear, as well as their range of kidswear.
In honor of their new store opening, CAMILLA AND MARC partnered with local artist George Raftopoulos on the exclusive collaboration of “Be a Goddess. Be You.” Having launched two weeks before the official unveiling of the boutique, the “Be a Goddess. Be You” campaign messaging first maintained appearance on billboards in Sydney and is intended to appear also on limited edition t-shirts, sold exclusively at the Bondi Junction boutique.
Each shirt will maintain its own unique “Be a Goddess. Be You” artwork, designed from a combination of spray paint and pen artistry, along with a signature from the artist.
Raftopoulo’s artwork will further maintain presence in the windows of the boutique throughout the week of the shop’s grand opening.
