Winter 2024 Ad Campaign

Review of Celine Winter 2024 Ad Campaign by Creative Director Hedi Slimane

Celine looks back to its 60s golden age while celebrating the release of its beauty line with a new Winter 2024 campaign.

Continuing its practice of leveraging its runway show film production into campaign imagery, the portraits feature looks from creative director Hedi Slimane’s freshly debuted Winter 2024 collection, which revisits the house’s origins in the 60s. Also highlighted in the portraits is the brand’s freshly launched makeup line, which marks Celine’s first-ever foray into cosmetics.

These striking portraits offer a direct look at a signature take on 60s Parisian poise and charm, fitting into Slimane’s consistent visual aesthetic while introducing a stronger sense of brand heritage and historical grounding. It’s a solid foundation on which to build an exciting move into the beauty category, and it will be exciting to see the brand potentially lean further into heritage-focused storytelling.
