Diesel Celebrates The Opening Of The Alltogether Clubhouse In Partnership With The Tom Of Finland Foundation And The Community

On Thursday, June 22, Glenn Martens and Diesel, in partnership with The Tom of Finland Foundation and The Community, hosted a VIP launch event to celebrate The AllTogether Clubhouse and Diesel’s Pride 2023 capsule collection. The AllTogether Clubhouse is a homecoming show celebrating the history of queer culture in New York, from nightlife and the erotic arts to uncompromising activism, and celebrates its arrival in the U.S. after previous showings in Paris and Venice.

Glenn Martens, Creative Director of Diesel, and Durk Dehner, Co-Founder of the Tom of Finland Foundation welcomed notable members of New York City’s LGBTQ community and friends of the brand to celebrate the opening. Guests were entertained throughout the evening with DJ sets from Sylvia Prada and Papi Juice, and a performance by Hairbone.

The exhibition space is open from June 21st – June 25th with an extensive program of talks, screenings, performances, and concerts, connecting generations of local figures, including LGBTQIA+ organizations and associations, who have shaped and borne witness to the ever-changing New York queer scene over the past few decades. The AllTogether Clubhouse exhibition and events program are free to the public with registration at Diesel.com.

For Diesel’s Pride 2023 collection, Diesel’s pillars of freedom of expression, sexuality and individualism were highlighted by a new set of artists from Tom of Finland Foundation’s erotic and queer art collection, including Stanley Stellar, Michael Mitchell and Tom of Finland. Their powerful images, carefully curated with The Community to illustrate gay men in moments of unabashed freedom and joy are applied as prints and patchwork on the capsule’s 17 pieces ranging from T-shirts to denim to jockstraps. Each garment is trimmed with a special canvas tape printed with a quotation from the artist. The collection is available for sale at Diesel.com.

In attendance were Glenn Martens, Durk Dehner* (Tom of Finland Foundation Co-Founder), Adam Eli, Ama Elsesser, Ari Abdul*, Bobbi Salvor Menuez, Chi Osse, Chris Klemens*, Devin Halbal*, Dorian Electra*, Eartheater*, Emira D’spain, Fiffany Luu*, Gia Woods*, Jazzelle UglyworldWide*, Leiomy Maldonado*, Julia Fox*, Memphy*, Myles Loftin*, Quil Lemons*, Sasha Gordon*, Sean Garrette*, Scot Louie, Silvia Prada*, Terence Mann*, Tina Leung*, Willie Norris, Yves Mathieu*, and many more. * denotes talent dressed in Diesel
