MAC Cosmetics Appoints Emily Bromfield as Senior VP of Global Marketing
MAC Cosmetics has named Emily Bromfield as its new senior vice president for global marketing. In her new role, Bromfield will report to Aïda Moudachirou-Rébois, overseeing the brand’s marketing strategies worldwide. She will focus on expanding MAC’s global presence, enhancing consumer engagement, and leading efforts in product innovation and storytelling.
Bromfield, a beauty industry veteran, has previously worked with both emerging brands and beauty giants, including L’Oreal. She joins MAC from Dr. Barbara Sturm, where she served as chief marketing officer and managing director. Prior to that, she was instrumental in shaping the market strategy and brand positioning at Charlotte Tilbury.
“We are thrilled to welcome Emily Bromfield to the MAC family as our Senior Vice President, Global Marketing,” said Moudachirou-Rébois. “With her extensive experience and innovative mindset, we are confident that together, we will achieve remarkable milestones for MAC.”
The announcement of Bromfield’s appointment comes shortly after Estee Lauder, MAC’s parent company, projected lower-than-expected annual profit and sales due to slowing demand in the Chinese market. Estee Lauder’s CEO, Fabrizio Freda, also announced his retirement after nearly 16 years in the position.
