All three executives will report to Pierre-Yves Roussel, chief executive officer of Tory Burch Group. De Pous’ appointment aligns with Burch’s regional leadership structure and strategic goals. Roussel emphasized the importance of having a leader like de Pous with a strong background in luxury and global markets for Tory Burch’s positioning and strategy.
The new appointments at Tory Burch come as the brand celebrates 20 years in business and continues to position itself for growth and success in the future, independent of any potential structural changes.
