Versace Will Act as a Leading Sponsor of the Entertainment Company’s Educational Initiatives and More
Versace and Roc Nation, the expansive entertainment company founded and owned by Jay-Z, have announced a multi-year partnership.
A statement from Versace read, “The coming together of Versace with Roc Nation will unfold as a multifaceted alliance that ranges from the support of cause-focused initiatives to the sponsorship of high profile events.” It went on to say, “The wide-ranging partnership aims to foster the next generation of talent, including sponsoring scholarships for students at the Roc Nation School of Music, Sports, and Entertainment.”
The Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment is a Long Island University program that focuses on entrepreneurship as well as music and sports management, investing in the next level of creative leaders at the executive and managerial level. In this connection, the statement from Versace read, “Central to both Versace and Roc Nation are people and freedom of expression. Both platforms share a continued commitment to empower individuals by amplifying their unique voice and developing their knowledge and skills, thus fueling positive change.”
The inaugural milestone of the partnership will see Versace as a sponsor of the Roc Nation Sports 2024 Super Bowl event on February 9th in Las Vegas.
