Advisry hits the road in celebration of its first-ever sneaker, Vector, with a clever and cinematic campaign. Designer and creative director Keith Herron handled art direction, casting, and styling, and enlisted photographer Grade Solomon.

The New York City-based brand has been on a steady climb since its first official spot at New York Fashion Week two years ago. The Vector sneaker forms another exciting chapter of growth, and lives up to the hype with a unique design that is both inspired by classic forms while offering a distinct look and supreme versatility.

The campaign imagery centers around a summer roadtrip, but sees this familiar narrative through a clever visual perspective. While we see both of the characters and the vintage Mercedes they drive, the main focus is on their Vector-clad feet, seen through unexpected and angular photographic compositions. In one shot, these feet hand out the window as the car travels across a bridge over an expansive waterway. In another, the electrifying blue colorway of the sneaker pops against the earthy tones of a lush forest. One fun shot reveals that the trunk is completely full of Vector kicks.

That the campaign creates such a strong sense of art direction and visual perspective out of a simple concept is proof of Herron’s impressively multifaceted creative leadership for his brand. An art director is always a smart choice for elevating a focused accessories campaign; Advisry is in a strong place that it can look within to find that vision.
