The Lake Como store reflects Loewe’s CASA philosophy, blending local heritage with curated art and design
Loewe has officially opened the doors to its newest boutique in Cernobbio, located on the shores of Lake Como. Developed in collaboration with local retailer Tessabit, the space reflects the house’s continued evolution under creative director Jonathan Anderson, merging Loewe’s CASA philosophy with the storied elegance of Italian design.
Located at 30 Via Regina, the boutique draws on the textures and tonalities of its surroundings. Multi-shade green tiles meet expanses of decorative wallpaper, with materials like brass, concrete, and walnut lending a balance of modern restraint and artisanal richness. The interior offers a considered interplay of light and form—inviting but refined.
In keeping with the CASA LOEWE ethos, the store blurs the line between retail and cultural space. Alongside ready-to-wear, bags, and accessories, guests will find design objects and collectible furniture: Utrecht armchairs by Gerrit Rietveld, soji paper lamps by Isamu Noguchi, and hand-thrown vessels by British ceramicist John Ward. These pieces punctuate the boutique with moments of stillness, framing fashion in a broader creative dialogue.
The Cernobbio opening marks a meaningful extension of Loewe’s presence in Italy and underscores the brand’s commitment to architecture, culture, and craftsmanship—core pillars that continue to define its retail vision.
