Fox Wears Four Looks from the Designer’s Upcoming Fall 2025 Collection
Ahead of its official runway presentation at New York Fashion Week, Julia Fox has unveiled four looks from the Christian Cowan Fall 2025 collection. The collection, which will debut on February 7th, is described by Cowan as a vibrant and unapologetically joyful celebration. It pays homage to Cowan’s late business partner, who was also a muse for him and whose recent unexpected passing has deeply influenced the creative direction of this collection.
Cowan’s Fall 2025 lineup is marked by its dramatic departure from conventional commercial fashion. The designs incorporate a mix of colorful patterns, polka dots, and whimsical elements like chewing gum motifs. Additionally, the collection features exaggerated puff sleeves and includes six special looks that showcase footwear created in collaboration with DSW.
Cowan explains that the collection is “a dramatically uncommercial, colorful, expressive, and joyful tribute” to his former business partner’s “beautiful soul.” He aims to capture her “spirit and unique quirk” in each piece, drawing on the “raw creativity that we all felt as children” when fashion was a form of pure enjoyment and expression.
