The collaboration brings the independent American label’s experimental design language to a broader audience through a collection balancing wearability, texture, and urban utility
Mango has partnered with New York- and Los Angeles-based fashion label Eckhaus Latta on a summer capsule collection released under the retailer’s Mango Collective initiative. Available from June 4 in selected stores and online, the collaboration marks the latest installment of Mango’s platform dedicated to highlighting independent designers and niche creative voices.

Founded in 2011 by Mike Eckhaus and Zoe Latta, Eckhaus Latta has built a reputation for blending conceptual design with practical wearability, often exploring unconventional materials, inclusive casting, and alternative approaches to garment construction. Those characteristics inform the new collection, which combines the label’s experimental sensibility with Mango’s global retail reach.
The collection is centered on lightweight fabrics, layered silhouettes, and textured surfaces, moving between functional dressing and more expressive design codes. Key pieces include foil-finished denim, overdye treatments, knitwear incorporating multiple color combinations, and sheer fabrics cut into minimalist silhouettes inspired by the 1990s. Prints influenced by aquatic landscapes appear throughout the collection, while overlapping apron-style layers and asymmetrical forms contribute to its distinctive visual identity.
Accessories extend the collection’s emphasis on organic shapes and versatility, supporting a wardrobe designed to move across different occasions during the summer season. Rather than focusing on statement pieces alone, the collaboration places attention on construction, texture, and styling possibilities, reflecting a broader market interest in elevated everyday dressing.

The project continues Mango’s strategy of using the Mango Collective platform to engage with independent creative talent and introduce new design perspectives to its customer base. For Eckhaus Latta, the collaboration provides wider distribution for a design language typically associated with the contemporary luxury and independent fashion sectors. As brands increasingly seek partnerships that bridge accessibility and creative credibility, collaborations such as this demonstrate the growing importance of designer-led capsules in expanding both audience reach and cultural relevance.
