C.P. Company Names Leonardo Fasolo as Design Director

The Nemen Founder and Industry Veteran Brings a New Energy to the Italian Outerwear Brand

C.P. Company, the Italian sportswear and outerwear brand, has announced Leonardo Fasolo as its new design director. This appointment marks a significant generational shift for the brand, which was founded in Bologna in 1971 by the pioneering designer Massimo Osti. Fasolo succeeds Paul Harvey and Alessandro Pungetti, who have led the brand’s creative direction since 2012.

Fasolo, the founder of the avant-garde technical clothing brand Nemen, brings over two decades of experience in the field of design and fabric innovation. His tenure began this month, and he is set to oversee the development of C.P. Company’s collections, drawing on his extensive background in experimentation and innovative design.

“C.P. Company is the ultimate expression of Italian sportswear and one of the best brands in the world in terms of research and quality,” Fasolo commented, emphasizing his commitment to maintaining the brand’s high standards. “Any contemporary brand finds inspiration in its history. To continue the work of Massimo Osti, Moreno Ferrari, Alessandro Pungetti, and Paul Harvey is an enormous privilege. In C.P. Company, I have found a fantastic team, motivated by a common desire to progress by innovating. Together we will continue to develop the history of this great brand,” he continued.

Lorenzo Osti, president of C.P. Company, expressed his gratitude towards the outgoing directors and welcomed Fasolo, highlighting the anticipated positive impact on the brand’s growth. “I thank Paul and Alessandro for the incredible contribution they have made to the growth of this brand in recent years, and I welcome Leonardo, with whom I have already had the pleasure of working in the past and who will fuel C.P. Company’s next phase of growth with his energy,” Osti said. He further noted that Pungetti will continue to support the brand and the R&D team, contributing his experience and passion.

The first collection entirely designed by Fasolo will debut for Spring 2026, to be unveiled next June. He has also contributed to the Fall 2025 lineup, which was recently showcased during Milan Men’s Fashion Week. C.P. Company remains under the ownership of the Hong Kong-based Tristate Holdings Ltd., continuing its legacy of innovation that includes the creation of the garment-dyeing technique and the iconic “goggle jacket” which has become a symbol of international youth subcultures.
