Jacquemus Names Laetitia Manfredi Product Chief

The newly created role supports the French house’s expansion plans across retail, accessories, and future beauty

Jacquemus has appointed Laetitia Manfredi as chief product and merchandising officer, effective Monday, as the independent French fashion house continues to build its executive structure for its next phase of growth. In the newly created position, Manfredi will report to chief executive officer Sarah Benady and work closely with founder and creative director Simon Porte Jacquemus.

The company said Manfredi’s appointment is intended to strengthen product development, assortment strategy, and overall offer coherence while preserving the brand’s established identity. Her remit includes leading product growth strategies, reinforcing Jacquemus’ silhouette and creative direction, and overseeing the studio and merchandising functions as the business expands internationally.

Manfredi joins from Christian Dior Couture, where she served as director of the women’s accessories business unit since 2022. Her broader career includes roles at L’Oréal, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Fenty, and Saint Laurent, spanning visual merchandising, accessories, ready-to-wear, and brand development. The hire brings large-scale luxury experience to a company that has largely grown through founder-led instinct and image discipline.

The appointment comes as Jacquemus prepares a push into Asia, plans a Miami boutique before year-end, and readies a beauty launch with licensee and minority investor L’Oréal in the first half of 2027. The house is also investing further in leather goods, where newer styles such as Le Valérie are attracting new customers. Alongside recent hires in operations, accessories, digital, and atelier talent, the move signals a brand shifting from cult momentum to structured global scale.
