Sunday Night’s Billboard Awards turned into more than just a vehicle to promote Taylor Swift’s music video, “Bad Blood,” as Balmain‘s Olivier Rousteing leveraged a red carpet moment with muses Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner to announce that the house would be the next designer collaboration for H&M.Olivier Rousteing-Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner-balmain-h-and-m

The social sphere lit up immediately, with Rousteing revealing that Dunn and Jenner were not wearing what everyone assumed to be head-to-toe Balmain looks, but were actually a first look at Balmain’s upcoming collaboration with Swedish retailer.

This isn’t the first time H&M has unveiled its collaborations at a star-studded event since the house unveiled their collaboration with designer Alexander Wang at a Coachella secret after-party. H&M’s Instagram account confirmed the collaboration and launch date via a post that read: “Get ready for #HMBALMAINATION – H&M’s next designer collaboration with @BalmainParis launches worldwide 05.NOV.2015.”
