International accessories house, Stuart Weitzman, has appointed Alyssa Mishcon as President of Global Retail to aid the house in accelerating its international and domestic retail footprint. Mishcon brings more than 15 years of experience in multi-channel luxury brands, working most recently as President of Thomas Pink Inc., LVMH Fashion Group and then previously as Vice President of Strategy, Merchandising & Retail at TAG Heuer, LVHM Watch & Jewelry Division.

Tracy Margolies, who spent seven years at Saks before joining Bergdorf Goodman, is returning to Saks Fifth Avenue as Chief Merchant, effective May 11. At Bergdorf Goodman Margolies was most recently SVP and GMM of handbags, footwear, beauty and contemporary. Margolies will report to Saks’ new president Marc Metrick.

House of Fraser Appoints Uday Kotla as Chief Information Officer
UK based department store group House of Fraser has named Uday Kotla as Chief Information Officer, a new position at the company. Kotla will lead technology solutions across the business, including the integration of the retailer’s business needs with its IT strategy as the house develops its multi-channel offering. Kotla was previously global head of technology consulting at Infosys Digital and prior to that managed enterprise architecture, IT strategy and digital initiatives for firms such as Walmart, Adidas and Tesco.

Ugg President, Connie Rishwain, Resigns
Connie Rishwain, President of Ugg’s has announced she will be leaving the company to pursue other interests. Rishwain has been with the Ugg brand since Deckers Outdoor Corp. acquired it in 1995.

Diane Neal, who joined Sur La Table as CEO in October, will relinquish her position as a Director of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Neal joined the board last year following a settlement agreement with Engaged Capital as it sought a fresh perspective within the company’s boardroom. Neal previously was the President and CEO of L Brands Inc.’s Bath & Body Works unit, prior to that served as president of Gap’s Outlet Division.

Benno Russell returns to American Apparel
American Apparel has appointed Benno Russell as Design Director of Branding, reporting to VP of Marketing Cynthia Erland, who joined the firm last February. Russell worked at American Apparel for eleven years as Art Director and parted ways with the company in December of 2013 to launch branding agency Pacific Design Solutions that he will wind down.

British online retailer Asos has appointed Helen Ashton as its new Group CFO and to the main board of the company. Ashton replaces Nick Beighton, who was promoted to Group COO in October. Ashton joins Asos from Arrow Global, a debt purchasing and management firm, where she held the role of COO. Prior to Arrow, she held senior management roles at Barclaycard, Lloyds Banking Group, Asda Group and Great Universal Stores.

Target Appoints Anne Dament as SVP of Merchandising
Target Anne Dament, SVP of Merchandising, responsible for the food business. Dament has 19 years experience in grocery and consumer packaged goods with companies such as Supervalu, Safeway, ConAgra Foods subsidiary Grist Mill Co. and Otis Spunkmeyer.

Jenny Galimberti Tapped as Louis Vuitton Communications Director
Jenny Galimberti has been appointed Communications and Events Director for Louis Vuitton and will be a member of the executive committee. Galimberti joins from Alfred Dunhill, where she was CMO.

Ralph Destino, currently Chairman of the Board at Gemological Institute of America and chairman at Jewelers for Veterans Foundation, has also been named Senior International Director of Business Development at Circa.
