Luc Perramond, CEO at La Montre Hermès, will become President and CEO of Watches and Jewelry at Ralph Lauren, effective in Feburary 2015. Ralph Lauren Watches and Jewelry is a joint venture with Compagnie Financière Richemont, the parent of watch and jewelry luxury brands including Cartier, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Piaget, IWC and Van Cleef & Arpels.
Ralph Rucci has left his namesake label which he founded in 1994 to “pursue other creative endeavors.” The firm stated that Rucci’s replacement will be named by the end of the year and the pre-fall and fall 2015 collections will be designed by the in-house team. It is expected that resort 2016 will be the first collection designed by the new creative director.
Alessandro Fabrini, previously SVP of Beauty, Watches, and Eyewear at Burberry, is now President and Chief Executive Officer at Aerin LLC. At Burberry, Fabrini also served as a member of the Executive Management Committee. Prior to his position at Burberry, Fabrini held Senior Executive roles at Gucci, Bally and Bulgari. Recently, Aerin launched a beauty line and has since expanded its product mix with accessories, fragrance, and home decor.
Geoffroy Van Raemdonck, previously CEO at St. John Knits, is now Group President of Europe at Ralph Lauren. Before St. John, Van Raemdonck was President of Louis Vuitton, Southern Europe division, and prior, served as acting President at Vuitton’s North American division. He also worked in senior positions at Limited Brands and The Boston Consulting Group. At Ralph Lauren, Van Raemdonck succeeds John Hooks, who has held the position for the last three years. Van Raemdonck has relocated to RL’s European headquarters in Geneva, and will report to Ralph Lauren President and COO Jacki Nemerov. “I am confident that under Geoffroy’s direction, we will continue to develop our European business and build on our strengths as a premier brand in this important market,” Nemerov said.
Dan Glennon, previously Chief Operating Officer of Larson-Juhl, a Berkshire Hathaway framing company, is now COO and CFO of Spanx. Prior to Larson-Juhl, Glennon was EVP and CFO for Teavana. In his new role, Glennon will be in charge of leading global finance, legal, IT, sourcing, data analytics, and manufacturing. He will report directly to Jan Singer, who was recently appointed as the CEO in June. In June, Spanx launched a denim line, targeting a younger demographic. Spanx also expanded its product mix by introducing new undergarments in bright pops of color, lace detail, and new cuts.

Jordana Jaffe, previously PR Manager at Rebecca Minkoff, is now Manager of PR and Events at Bergdorf Goodman.

Lo’s previous roles include Executive Editor at celebrity fashion website StyleBistro, and she was the founding editor of Racked.com. Her appointment is effective immediately.
Camilla Cho, previously General Manager of Strategic Development at The Muse, is now Executive Director of Business Development and Strategy at New York Media.
