Ralph ToledanoRalph Toledano Departs Puig
President of Puig’s fashion division and CEO of Nina Ricci and Jean Paul Gaultier, Ralph Toledano, has parted ways with the firm. Before joining Spain’s family-owned fragrance and fashion conglomerate in 2012, Toledano had been responsible for hiring Alber Elbaz at Guy Laroche and Phoebe Philo at Chloé. At Puig, Mr. Toledano recruited designer Guillaume Henry at Nina Ricci and Julien Dossena at Paco Rabanne. Mr. Toledano is expected to continue as Chairman of French fashion’s governing body which oversees Paris Fashion Week, the Fédération Française de la Couture, du Prêt-à-Porter des Couturiers et des Créateurs de Mode.

José Manuel AlbesaJosé Manuel Albesa Named President of Puig
Chief Brand Officer at Puig, José Manuel Albesahas been named President of Puig’s fashion division adding on to his current role. Albesa joined the family owned firm in 1998 and has held various senior management roles including GM and VP of Prestige Brands.

Josh ShulmanJoshua Schulman Departs Bergdorf Goodman
President of NMG International (Neiman Marcus Group Ltd.’s) and 
Bergdorf Goodman, Joshua Schulman, is parting ways with the firm this May to take a leadership role at an unnamed multinational fashion company. Schulman, whose role also includes overseeing the Munich-based Mytheresa.com, joined Bergdorf Goodman as President in 2012 from Jimmy Choo in London where he served as CEO from 2007. Earlier in his career he was President of Kenneth Cole, and Gap Inc.’s managing director of international strategic alliances. Schulman notably made a name for himself at Gucci Group serving as Worldwide Director Women’s for Gucci and later EVP/Worldwide Merchandising and Sales at Saint Laurent.

Furla Promotes Alberto Camerlengo to CEO
Furla has promoted Alberto Camerlengo from GM to CEO. Camerlengo joined Bologna based Furla in 2011. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Brooks Brothers Europe part of Retail Brand Alliance Europe and was COO of Fossil Italia.

Calvin Klein Names Erika Albies VP
Erika Albies has been tapped as VP of Calvin Klein By Appointment. Albies recently served as VP of Global Communications for IMG Fashion WME/IMG. Prior to that, she held VP of Public Relations roles at at Miu Miu and Kelly Wearstler. She also served as Director of PR at Giorgio Armani US.

Maxime SimoënsAzzaro Names Maxime Simoëns Artistic Director
Maxime Simoëns has been tapped as Artistic Director of Azzaro. Simoëns launched his namesake collection in 2011 catching the attention of LVMH who invested in the designer for a short stint from 2013 to 2014. Simoëns will continue to operate his own label M.X Paris.

Brent Beabout, previously SVP, eCommerce supply chain at Wal-Mart, is now EVP Supply Chain at Nordstrom Inc.

Carlyn Coy, previously Coordinator of VIP relations at Max Mara, has been promoted to Manager of PR at the firm.

Melissa GoidelRefinery 29’s Chief Revenue Officer Melissa Goidel Departs Firm
After four years at the helm as Chief Revenue Officer of Refinery 29, Melissa Goidel is parting ways with the firm. Goidel joined Refinery 29 from Brand.net where she was VP fro five years. Prior to that she was Group VP at Time Inc.. and spent eight-years at Yahoo. Goidel will continue on as an advisor at Refinery 29.

Angela Burt-Murray, previously Editor-in-Chief at Essence, is now Deputy Editor at Glamour.

Jon Roth, previously freelance writer at Bloomberg Businessweek, Men’s Health, and CN Traveler, is now Style Editor at Esquire.

James Rickman, previously Managing Editor at Paper, is now Executive Editor at Playboy.

Barret Wertz, previously Style and Grooming Editor at Men’s Fitness, has been promoted to Style and Grooming Director at the publication.

Victoria Chan, previously Assistant Editor at Manhattan Magazine, is now Assistant Beauty Editor at Brides.
