Katy Eary has recently been giving us the sentimental ‘feels’ by bringing us back to our childhood, while presenting her S/S ’16 men’s collection. She has been sending male models down the runway wearing – your childhood fave – My Little Pony tees. My Little Pony has never looked so masculine, and fashionable.
And now, yet another take on the famous My Little Pony brand has been released, only this time, using real my little ponies. Created by a team of different iconic fashion designers, the idea was created with charity in mind.
Ranging from Karl Lagerfeld’s furry Fendi design, to Missoni’s printed pony, to Rick Owens’ – typical – all-black horse, there are many more designs featuring Olivier Rousteing, Roberto Cavalli, Emilio Pucci, Kenzo, Marni, and Versace.
These pretty ponies are currently being auctioned by LuisaViaRoma on eBay, and are helping to raise money for Save the Children the Nepal Earthquake, right beside the retailer’s Make Kids Happy campaign.
