The Kooples this month released an exclusive menswear capsule collection with Richard Orlinski, the best-selling French contemporary artist.

The sixteen-piece capsule collection is comprised of t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, denim shirts and jeans, sweatpants, varsity jackets and leather jackets that feature Orlinski’s vibrant and colorful art that appeared on the artist’s roaring panthers, crocodiles and “Wild Kongs” sculptures. Each piece features a colorful skull, the artist’s phrases like “Born Wild” and “Too Young to Die,” as well as pop art and urban motifs. The collection also includes a high-top sneaker that channels 90’s-inspired edge and rock-and-roll.

The Parisian fashion brand tapped the French artist to reinterpret its signature skull head, and the result is a large-scale skull sculpture that features numerous colors and graffiti as a nod to Orlinski’s aesthetic and past art.

The sculpture by Orlinski and Alexandre Elicha, The Kooples Co-Founder and Menswear Artistic Director, serves as the central focus of the men’s capsule collection and will be presented in select The Kooples boutiques around the world.

The Kooples x Richard Olinski capsule collection is available in select stores in the US and Europe and online on The Kooples website.
