Denim is one of fashion’s most youthful arenas, which often allows houses and art directors to take playful risks. However, for Spring 2015, denim ads went the other direction and ‘grew up.’ While Diesel maintained its youthful exuberance, denim houses from AG to Frame delivered sophisticated campaigns on par with many luxury labels. 7 for All Mankind went so far as to collaborate with designer Giambattista Valli for the most colorful denim campaign of the season. Calvin Klein continued to promote their social side with their #mycalvin campaign, but rather than go with just models, added social titan Justin Bieber to help suck the oxygen out of the internet. Fortunately we’ve had a moment to air out the room and pull together The Impression’s Top 10 Denim Ad Campaigns of Spring 2015.
