Etro partners with Harris Reed to reimagine old fabric stock and old-school blouses for a gender-fluid future. The unique collaboration is celebrated in a similarly collaborative campaign for Fall 2021.
Victoria Etro tapped the up-and-coming designer – whose gender-fluid approach to rococo whimsicality has caught the attention of the likes of Alessandro Michele and harry Styles – to repurpose deadstock textiles from the house’s archives into a new collaborative collection. The result is a capsule of gender-neutral blouses that infuse Etro’s iconic paisley with Reed’s baroque, romantic silhouettes.
Etro and Reed called on friends and collaborators to model the collection as they saw fit from their own homes, with Reed sharing on Instagram:
Veronica Etro and I asked some of the people who are a part of our fashion tribe, people who spark individuality, creativity and who are bringing back the playfulness of fashion to shoot their Harris Reed X Etro blouses in their home in the way that feels most genuine to them all while having a fabulous laugh on zoom.
