Jimmy Choo and creative agency Laird+Partners have decided that ‘Girls Just Want to Have Fun’ in their latest film to complement the fall 2018 ad campaign.

Director Gordon von Steiner joins the party to lens the short which features models Joan Smalls, Lily Aldridge and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley enjoying each others company while parading through a shoe closet that would make the characters from Sex in the City envious. While at time of press The Impression was unable to ID the choreographer, credit goes to the toe tapper for brining their best Rockette moves to the set as this film is all about legs, legs, and a few kicks.

The narrative is straight forward and light hearted, and one can see that this trio genuinely gets along well enough make the backing track, Best Friend by Sofi Tukker, appear genuine. Which only goes to aid in creative director Trey Laird’s lighthearted touch. While under his watch the label has hinted at humor in flirtatious films of previous seasons, it has never embraced it as full on as here.
