Self-Portrait has opened a 22-feet-high, 2,590-square-foot concept pop-up store designed by StoreyStudio. The contemporary womenswear brand’s second brick-and-mortar location after London is in New York City’s Soho until early December.
Cast with timber beams and soft tonal lighting installations The structure was designed to capture a sense of sophisticated femininity. Founder Han Chong said New York was “the clear choice” of location, as the US is the British label’s second-biggest market after the UK. Self-Portrait is stocked in retailers including Selfridges, Net-a-Porter, Matches Fashion and Bergdorf Goodman.
