Review of Tod’s ‘Pawfect Holiday’ 2020 Ad Campaign by Walter Chiapponi
With a little help from a plethora of furry friends, Tod’s has launched their Holiday 2020 ad campaign under the supervision of Tod’s Creative Director Walter Chiapponi.
Man’s best friends, along with a slew of Christmas decorations, help showcase the holiday’s warmth and a bevy of Tod’s giftable offerings.
The images evoke the spirit of William Wegman, and if the internet has proven anything, we can’t get enough sharable pet-loving content. With the travel restrictions and recommendations in play, many will be without their normal holiday traditions this December. Tod’s is wise to recognize that many will be sans their family members this season and offer a spot of joy. And if the business reports are to believed, pet-related products have dramatically increased during the lockdown as owners are finding themselves with plenty of quality live with furry housemates.
Our only recommendation is for the team at Tod’s to add some chewables to their offerings; otherwise, their loafers may find their own new best friend.
